Ingredients:
1 tin of tuna
20g of Super Milled Grains
15g of plain flour
2 large eggs
Any vegetables of your liking, we used 1/2 of each medium sized vegetable.
Method:
Combine vegetables, tuna, flour and Super Milled Grains in a bowl.
Mix in two beaten eggs.
Add heaped spoonful's of the mix onto the pan and cook on a medium heat.
